Boring

Includes finish honing to specified clearance, de-burring and cleaning so it is ready to install when you receive it

Stroking

** There are different prices for each application, call for details. Our stroker cranks are not cheap, but all parts such as the big end pin, needle bearings and shims are replaced with new and in some cases the rod is replaced with a heavy-duty unit.

Resleeving

this includes pressing out the old sleeve, boring the aluminum cylinder, counterboring, heat-sinking the new sleeve, boring and honing to size and decking the top for a perfect seal.

Engine Building

If you ship your complete engine to us for top end work, shop fee is $200.00 and you get it back ready to run. This includes disassembly, cleaning and inspecting all parts and professional reassembly. This price is labor only and does not include parts. Transmission overhaul - Labor $300.00. This is full disassembly of the engine and would include splitting the cases for access to repair the transmission, or in some cases replacing the crankshaft with a stroker. You will also need this operation if your big bore kit requires boring the case halves to accept the bigger sleeve.
